The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for the hot hours of the day. You can have dinner at the long table in the evening sun - access to the barbecue of course - and then settle down in the lounge to catch the last rays of the sun. In the morning, it's lovely to open the double doors in the master bedroom out to the large sunny balcony and enjoy breakfast there. The space The house has large social areas with space for TV sofas and dining tables as well as a separate breakfast dining room next to the beautiful turn-of-the-century kitchen. You reach the 40 m2 terrace and garden from the generous entrance or from the kitchen area. The villa's bedroom is on the upper floor. The master bedroom is airy with nice light and open up to the ridge. From the master bedroom you reach the 6 m2 south-facing balcony. On the upper floor, there are two more medium-sized bedrooms and a smaller bedroom. All with beautiful wooden floors and their own character. The property was renovated and modernized with a careful hand and durable materials in 2022/23. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for storage spaces, the former garage, food cellar, painting room and garden shed. By agreement, a couple of dressing rooms can be arranged for guests for longer stays. Other things to note Do not expect to see any dangerous animals, but both foxes and deer usually visit the garden. The neighbor's cats may also show up sometimes.
