Cozy house located centrally in Fredrikstad, just a short walk from the city center. Here you have everything you need inside, and at the same time nice patios and a sheltered garden. Here you have everything you need in a place: social house with soul, and great patios. On the ground floor there is an open solution kitchen, dining room, space for the morning coffee, TV lounge, work nook and toilet. Direct exits to the porch in front of the house, and garden with large terrace and greenhouse behind the house. On the second floor are the bedrooms and bathroom. Three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, while the third has a junior bed and a toddler bed. Guest access The whole house except the basement is available for guests. Guests have access to the entire house alone. Other things to note Easy to park in carport, as well as several parking spaces below the house (free). If you are traveling with children, we have everything you need available, such as changing table, baby bed, high chair, kitchenware, carrier and more. Can also borrow a stroller if you need to. The house is well suited for both the family with children and others who want to enjoy watching, for example work travelers or two couples. 10 minutes to walk to the city center and the college or fantastic Fredrikstadmarka (recommended!), and otherwise 5 minutes to walk to Kiwi, Coop, flower shop and nice bakery. PS! From the city center also free ferry to great Old Town, and there are good bus connections to the summer destinations Hvaler and Onsøy. We are happy to provide recommendations and tips!
