This traditional townhouse (machiya 町家) was a ryokan (inn) located on the central island of Kyoto. Refurbished in 2020 it offers a modern comfort with a charming Japanese style. It now accommodates 5 comfortable and large ensuite rooms on 3 floors. It has 4 queen size beds, thus comfortably accommodating a group of 6 people, and tatami rooms for extra bedding. The space Each of the 5 ensuite rooms is independent, with queen size beds and private bathrooms. The rooms are spacious with tatami mats on the floor. The ground floor room has a bathtub and views on the courtyard garden. There are 2 rooms on the second floor, one facing the garden and the other the street.
