12-bedded Pool Villa in the center of Malee Beach Residential area. The space Ground floor There are two entrances leading in to the living room and kitchen with sunken seating area, 55 inch TV with Apple-Tv. Dining set for 12 persons, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric hob with 4 zones, built in oven and various household equipment. The room has aircon and ceiling fans. Bedroom 1, left side: Double bed, fan, aircon, cieling fan, dedicated working space and a wardrobe. Mosquito net at window. Bedroom 2 right side: Double bed (as two 3.5 foot singels tighter), ceiling fan, aircon and a wardrobe. Mosquito net at window. Bathroom 1, between the bedrooms: Shower, toilet and two wash basins. Upper floor with four bedrooms A majestic wooden stairs leads up to the upper floor to a large living room with a variety of social functions possible, a corner sofa, pool table and aircon. If traveling with teenagers, this is the hangout! Bedroom 3: Double bed, storage and an aircon. From bedroom 3, there is a narrow stairs leading up to the cocktail veranda on the the roof top overlooking the Andean Sea - a perfect spot for the sunset hour! Bedroom 4: Double bed, fan, aircon working desk and a wardrobe. Bedroom 5: Double bed, wall fan, aircon, dedicated working space and a wardrobe. Bathroom en suite with toilet and shower. Bathroom 3 between the bedroom 5 and 6 with toilet and shower. Bedroom 6: Double bed, wall fan, aircon and a wardrobe. Outdoor​ A lush garden surrounding the pool area that offers great privacy. The pool has a section with a seating area as well as a deeper section for diving and jumping. The pool deck is decorated with sun loungers, outdoor shower and a roofed pavilion - perfect for a relaxing nap. The terrass leading up to the house you have coffee table and eight chairs under shadow with ceiling and wall fans. At the entrance of the house you find a parking space for motorbikes or a car. Guest access The villa is set up for your private use. Other things to note Before arrival: The address for your arrival card is Malee Beach Villa B1 541 Moo 2, Saladan Koh Lanta, Krabi 811 50 Transfer service: It is convenient to go with our air conditioned minivan with a driver that takes you directly to the villa. If you are travelling with children, please let us know the age so we can prepare baby seat for 1-3 yeas old and seat cushions for 4-8 years. We usually recommend up to 8 persons in the van with normal amount of luggage for a comfortable ride. Price example 2700 THB from Krabi airport one way. No waiting hours, we check you in upon arrival at the unit when you book transfer with us! Arrival day: Upon check-in and handing over the key, we read the meters for electric and water. Since this unit is not a resort nor a hotel but categorized as a self catered, privately owned villa the electric and water is charged as a separate utility where each guest pay for what they use. Estimated cost for normal use for this specific unit is 3000 THB/week and we collect that amount as cash upon check-in. We read the meters at check-out and the majority of our guests are usually getting a refund. There is a welcome sign with important phone numbers and the WiFi log in. We show you the unit with everything you need to know, where to throw you garbage and what’s towels you use indoor and if there are towels you can use at the pool or beach. Second visit: We usually make a second visit, usually the day after, to check everything is running smooth and if there are anything you want to have more details about. We point out where you can rent motorbikes or have our tour shop visit you if you want to do any excursions. Depending on season we provide you with contacts to the person that checked you in so you can easily be supported with info and help during your stay. We also agree on checkout time and co-ordinate that with transfer departure so there is a margin to go through the unit as a part of the check out routine, read electric and water meters and balance the cost towards the deposit made at check-in. On departure day: You prepare the laundry in the laundry bag and put it at entrance door. One set of bed linen and one towel per person is included in the cleaning fee charged. We also ask you to make up the dishes and empty the garbage before leaving.
