Located on an inner channel, overlooking a DNR protected wildlife sanctuary, you will awaken to the sound of birds calling & singing. Watch the sunrise over the channel as you sip your coffee & end the day by watching the sun set all from the privacy of a comfortable deck. Drake Cottage offers you access to the finest fishing, bird watching, boating, biking, & hunting in SE Michigan. Guests will have full, private access to the entire cottage. I will be available to help you throughout your stay should any issues arise and can be reached through the Airbnb app. We are in a very quiet, residential neighborhood with a lot of wildlife. Expect to see birds, fish, turtles, muskrats, frogs, rabbits, bugs, as well as the occasional deer. There is plenty of parking available at Drake Cottage and getting around the island is easy! Take time to explore the Island!
