Villa Ensenada Main House on Dogmans Beach, central to surfing, swimming & dining. This spacious home has 4 bdrms & 3 full bthrms. Large open floor plan in the kitchen, dining & tv/living room. Add'l living room overlooking the ocean. Covered outdoor patio w/ dining for 10 & add'l lounging area. Ocean views of Desecheo Island & sunset. Full kitchen, gazebo w/ gas Weber & charcoal grill, pingpong table, large pool, fish pond, laundry. Satellite wifi, generator & water cisterns. The space You will be renting the main house. There is a studio apartment below the house. There are also four apartments each with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in a separate structure on the property that is closest to the beach. The compound is large with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool, gazebo, BBQ grills, wet bar, 1 ocean kayak and laundry room are all shared. You have a private outdoor balcony with ocean views, dining and lounging area. This House sleeps a maximum of 9 guests Guest access Guests to have access to their private living space, pool area, gazebo, grill areas, and outdoor wet bar. Private driveway and entry gate to the property. Laundry access is available after 4pm when the housekeepers are finished for the day. Other things to note The property is located directly on Dogman's Beach which is next to Maria's beach on the north side and Step's beach to the south. It has fantastic swimming, snorkeling and surfing. We have a generator, back up water cisterns and satellite WIFI. This additional infrastructure is set up to help when there's a power outage, water shortage or internet outage. Also located on the newly created Tres Palmas walking trail. We are located on the western point of the island. We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce. To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.
