Located in downtown Port Townsend, the hotel is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants, locally-owned shops and art galleries, beach access, and a thriving waterfront of maritime education and trades. Guest access Port Townsend is a small city designed to enjoy by walking and taking a seat to appreciate outdoor eating and ferry and sailing trips underway on Port Townsend Bay. It's a great location for beach walks, a whale watching tour, and accessing bicycle and hiking trails. There are several local bus routes and three state parks near to town. The hotel parking lot has the capacity for one car or small truck per reservation. Arrangements may be able to be made for off-site parking for a minivan, large truck, or camper. Downtown street and public lot parking can be limited from April through September.
