Rooftop master suite (2 guests)

Room of 13 m2, in a home that can accommodate 1 to 2 people. The bed is a sofa bed (new). There is an office area with ethernet access, scanner and printer. The ensuite bathroom is private. The toilet is next door. I share the dining area with guests. There is a secure basement parking space. Public transport makes it possible to go to Nantes center in 45 minutes, 25 by car. Orvault is north of Nantes with all the local shops. The space Private parking in the basement included in the rental. Elevator and PMR openings Bright apartment with no opposite neighbors. Services and shops are within a 5-minute walk. Guest access Deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue available in the evening until 11 p.m. on the southwest-facing terrace. During your stay I'm an early sleeper and I prefer to read a book in my room rather than watch TV. I'm also an early riser. I adapt according to people and their need for calm or activity. I am dynamic and joyful but not intrusive. Other things to note I have two little female dogs. They are adorable, calm and totally harmless. They are also regularly groomed.
