Downtown Basecamp at Hillmont Hideaway

Quite literally located across the street from downtown Auburn, this centrally located in-town bungalow is all that you need for your weekend away. When staying with us, you'll be smack-dab in the middle of the action, but you'll feel as though you are a world away as you settle in under massive cedar trees. At Downtown Basecamp, you'll be walkable to tons of trails -- adventure is just outside your doorstep. Stay with experienced super-hosts and come explore all that Auburn has to offer! The space Hillmont Hideaway property feels like you walked into summer camp with a winding path that leads to multiple cottages. This unit is a studio bungalow that is a combined bedroom, living a kitchen space -- all in one! The studio has a queen murphy (wall) bed as well as a modern twin futon couch should guests need it! Downtown Basecamp at Hillmont Hideaway guests will have their own, private, entrance accessible via smart lock technology for added security. Although the listing says that it can accommodate 3, we prefer to keep that to 2 adults and 1 child OR 2 adults maximum. We do also provide a pack and play for the little one. The space is completely PRIVATE with no shared walls and it's own in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen comes stocked with everything that one may need to cook a nice meal. The bathroom is stocked with the basics. Please refer to "House Rules" and "Other Details" for more information. There are 3 steps to get up to the unit from the parking spot. Parking for one car off-street is available. Guest access Guests have access to all the spaces of this home. Other things to note The parking spot can be a little difficult to maneuver in and out of. Also, our driveway is also somewhat blind, so guests must use caution when driving out. If the driveway is an issue, guests can always park on the street and walk up the driveway. Guests should not park in other tenant(s) designated spaces. Our outside fire-pit is a gas. Guests can find a lighter in the kitchen in order to light the pilot to get it started. Make sure that the gas is on from the propane tank and please be sure to turn gas off once you are finished using the fire-pit.
