Grau d'Agde Waterfront Studio

This small 20 m2 studio, and its pleasant terrace overlooking the sea and the two lighthouses awaits you. Almost on the waterfront and in the middle of all amenities, you won't be bored. It is located on the 4th and top floor: please note there is no elevator. Apart from July and August, it is a very quiet and pleasant little area that remains lively even during the winter period. Please note: I do not provide bed linens or towels. Possibility to order and with a supplement The space The accommodation is located on the 4th floor without elevator access It's small but functional You will find a pull-out bed: you will therefore have the possibility to have 2 separate beds of 190 by 90, or a double bed of 180 by 190. A small terrace with dining area and lounge area. Chefs kitchen Free public parking is available at the base of the building, but beware of market days in summer. For bike lovers, there are several possibilities to store it safely in the building (closed outside, closed basement and even the possibility of a cellar with your own key. This also works for strollers, bouncers or any other beach gear you wouldn't want to have in the studio. But unfortunately in July and August it is obviously a popular seaside resort, and therefore much more eventful and noisy during this period.
