Only 5-15 minutes away from Baileys Harbor, Egg Harbor, Jacksonport, Fish Creek, Ephriam, and Sister Bay. Just 30 minutes from Sturgeon Bay, Gills Rock, and the Ferry to Washington Island The outside has a large lake-side yard with plenty of room for activities and includes a stone firepit surrounded with Adirondack chairs. There is private lake access, including stone steps leading down to clean and clear knee-deep water. A sprawling deck with outdoor seating, a charcoal grill, and a Bluetooth stereo system. You will have access to the pier, allowing you to bring your boat for the duration of your stay. A kayak and paddle board are available on the property. The Inside of the house is newly remodeled and has a large, spacious Living-Room and Dining-Room, with a full-size Kitchen. Enjoy the sunrise and your morning coffee or tea while relaxing in the Sunroom that has wall-to-wall windows. Seven total sleeping arrangements. On the second floor you will find one king bedroom, an open loft with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a queen & set of twin bunkbeds. The first floor offers a futon in the sunroom with french doors. Bedroom 3 with two twin beds is an open loft on second floor and does not include doors. The Cove does not allow for large parties, bachelorette or bachelor parties. We do not allow pets and the the home is non smoking. Once your booking is confirmed, check-in instructions will follow. There is NO ACCESS to the boat lift.
