The space Single-family home with one floor. On the ground floor, a living room/dining room (40m²) open to a kitchen and a bedroom with private bathroom as well as a toilet. From the ground floor, you can go out directly onto the 2 terraces (South/North/West). On each terrace, you will have the option of outdoor furniture (table/chair/armchair). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with bathroom (shower + bathtub) and a toilet. In the basement, a laundry room with a washing machine as well as the possibility of commissioning an additional fridge. The whole house will be on a 1000m² plot of land that is not enclosed. Garage access will not be available to guests. Possibility of parking several cars (3-4) in the driveway. Other things to note At the beginning of the stay, an inventory will be given to the tenants. An Arcom charter (formerly Hadopi): ethics charter on the use of the internet; by signing it, this will entitle you to Wi-Fi. Cleaning will be done at the end of the stay (cleaning products will be provided). The entire rental benefits from a reversible air/air heat pump.
