The space Single-family home with one floor. On the ground floor, a living room/dining room (40 m²) opens onto a kitchen and a bedroom with private shower room and toilet. From the ground floor, possibility to exit directly to the 2 terraces (South/North/West). On each terrace, you will have the option to have outdoor furniture (table / chair / armchair). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with bathroom (shower + bathtub) and a toilet. In the basement, a laundry room with a washing machine as well as the possibility of putting an extra fridge into service. The entire house will be on an unenclosed 1000 m² plot. Garage access will not be accessible to guests. Possibility to park several cars (3–4) in the driveway. At the end of the stay, you will be responsible for cleaning. 150 m from the house, you will have the opportunity to access the basketball court, shaded petanque court, soccer field, see a tennis court (FFT club, for a fee). The House is close to the village (10 min approx. walk) where there is a convenience store (bread depot), doctor, pharmacy, post office, an electric car charging station. 3 km away (Blanzat town), you have an "Intermarché Contac" supermarket with drive, home delivery, 24/7 gas and there is a laundromat. 2.4 km (city Durtol), a butcher shop. 2 bakeries, pizzeria truck (delivery possible on Nohanent/Rental) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and grounds except the basement garage, access to which will be blocked. Other things to note At the beginning of the stay, an inventory will be given to the tenants. An Arcom charter (formerly Hadopi): ethics charter on the use of the internet; by signing it, this will entitle you to Wi-Fi. Cleaning will be done at the end of the stay (cleaning products will be provided). The entire rental benefits from a reversible air/air heat pump. When using the air conditioning, adopt eco-friendly practices. During your rental, you will have the opportunity to reserve bed linens, bath linens for a small fee per person (€10/person). For a 7-night reservation, bed linens and bath linens will be provided.
