Welcome to our home Get cozy and settle into our bright, inviting and warm cottage in Estrie, 1 hour from Montreal. Enjoy Lac-Brome with our water access a 2-minute walk from the chalet, whether it's spending the day kayaking or having an aperitif at the end of the dock to watch the sunset. In winter, the lake is just as beautiful for long walks, snowshoeing or ice fishing. The space In the evening, several options are available to you: fondue or raclette dinner, eating on the terrace or inside with a fireplace, board games evening, admiring the stars and the tranquility of the countryside or going to a beautiful little restaurant in the village of Knowlton or in old Bromont. **Welcome to people with a motorboat. The location is of choice: • a short walk to private water access at Lac-Brome • Tour the Wine Route, we are 5 minutes from two vineyards • 5 minutes from Knowlton village (one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec, with its shops, antique shops, restaurants and landscaped trails) • 5 minutes from Douglas Beach (although it is very nice to swim also at our access) • Nearby bike paths Nearby mountains: • 10 minutes from Bromont • 20 minutes from Sutton • 30 minutes from Orford • 35 minutes from Owl's Head • 55 minutes from Jay Peak The cottage is ideal for 4 people: two closed bedrooms (each with a double bed), a bathroom with a shower, a desk area and a sitting area. A washer and dryer are at your disposal. There is a double sofa bed on the ground floor as well. The kitchen, with its quartz countertop and wooden island, is very well equipped. Plus, we have a partial lake view!
