The Brick House is a stunning architectural masterpiece that sits on a sprawling expanse of 78,408 sq. ft in Delhi. It can host upto 12 guests for overnight stays. The space BEDROOMS – There are 4 spacious bedrooms across two units. Both units are set apart by a distinctive courtyard and all rooms are on the ground floor of the property. All the bedrooms have amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe, heater, and splendid view of the lawn. 3 of the bedrooms offer a king-sized bed and 2 sofa-cum-beds, whereas the fourth bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and an extra bed. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom near the pool area. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, hairdryers, wardrobes, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOMS - The interiors of Unit 1 feature 2 spacious living rooms. Set on the ground floor, the first living room has an L-shaped couch and chairs that can comfortably seat up to 9 people and has amenities such as a portable music system, AC, and Wi-Fi access. The second living room features sofa-style seating that can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably and is equipped with amenities like AC, TV, and Wi-Fi access. DINING AREA - There is a separate dining area replete with snug furnishings for 8 people. It is equipped with an AC and offers a scenic view of the lush green lawn. KITCHEN - Guests do not have complete access to the kitchen. It can be accessed for reheating purposes only. - Reheating of only vegetarian meals is allowed. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. GAMES ROOM - The indoors also offer a designated games room with a variety of indoor board games and a pool table. There is also a carrom board, chess, and ludo. COURTYARD - A quaint courtyard lies between the expanse of both units. LAWN – There is a well-manicured lawn that spreads across an area of about 28000 sq.ft. Comfortable seating has been arranged here for 8 people and it also offers an outdoor swing. POOL – There is an outdoor private pool and a deck area. The pool is 52x45 ft. in size and 4.6 ft. in depth and has sunbeds and pool loungers. Guests can access the pool till 10:00 PM. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and shower before entering. Children should be supervised while in an around the pool. WALKING TRACK – There is a 400 m. walking track laden with beautiful plants on both sides is the ideal place for early morning walks. PETS – Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to protect other guests from allergies. FOOD - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian and eggetarian food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa, however have limited access to the kitchen. Other things to note ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 2000. - Guests can use a hookah for an additional charge of Rs. 2000. - Extra guest charges are Rs. 2000 per person per day - Visitors charges are Rs. 1000 per person (Visitors can't stay overnight) - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. PARKING – Parking is available for 7-10 cars. EVENTS/PARTIES Events and small parties can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost. If you're looking to host a small event or party, The Brick House is a picture-perfect setting. It can host events or parties to cater to 70-80 guests and it can be arranged at additional charges of Rs 1000 + taxes per visiting guest. HOUSE RULES While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male groups are not allowed. - Guests have to pay visitors charges Rs. 1000 per person if any guest visits the property for any get-together. - Outside vendors for any decors, bartenders, live singers are strictly not allowed. - Please note that ID verification will be required at the property. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There are various units in the vicinity and the stay is a part of a gated society. - In case of a power outage, the 25 KVA generator can support all electrical appliances for up to 6 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Consumption of non-vegetarian and eggetarian food is not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes. - The property is home to 2 friendly and well-trained dogs. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available at all times.
