A large terrace can be accessed through the main floor bedroom or tv room bringing you to the pool and lounge area and a large full front balcony accessed off the upper floor living room and master bedroom. Villa Jardin is well suited for agile and young at heart.. there are approx 75 stairs from the street level to the Villa.. The space The 2 level home is fully furnished with comfortable beds & furnishings, quality towels and linens and all the kitchen appliances you desire. A large terrace can be accessed through the main floor bedroom or tv room bringing you to the pool and lounge area and a large full front balcony accessed off the upper floor living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own access to full bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the washroom has a his/hers sink and complete with a beautiful cupula. There is a gardener/pool maintenance mosso 2 times per week and a cleaning lady 1 time per week during your stay.. *you can hire her for extra days* Guest access Guest can enjoy of all the property. Other things to note Villa Jardin is well suited for agile and young at heart.. there are approx 75 stairs from the street level to the Villa.. there is 4 landings so lots of areas to rest or set down groceries. Rental rate includes water, gas, internet, cable, maid 1 time per week, quality property management. Electric is included for short term weekly rentals, on *monthly* rentals of 28 days and more guest pay for consumption... meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure. CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
