If any damage to the facility's equipment or amenities is discovered after check-out, full compensation will be required. Violation of house rules without improvement will result in forced cancellation without any refund. (Staying Contract [English]) Need to write down, NAME / ADDRESS / OCCUPATION. This contract is for only home staying service. Business conduct is prohibited in my house. This contract is for staying two more night at least. I don’t pay back of the fee even if you want mid cancelation. If it need hygiene management or other operation, I can enter my house with guest agree. If we found some damage furniture and equipment, you must pay for it. If you broke the house rules, I’ll force to cancel your booking. In that case, I don’t pay back of the fee even. For children in junior high school or younger without the above documents, a health insurance card and a legal guardian's identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) can be used instead. Please ensure not to cause inconvenience to neighbors, such as noise during late hours, littering around the building, or parking on the surrounding streets. The accommodation fee may vary during peak seasons, holidays, etc., so please check the Airbnb calendar in advance. Identity documents must be submitted by the day before. This is a self-check-in property. For same-day bookings, please send photos of identification for all guests immediately after booking. We may not be able to provide towels for the number of guests for same-day bookings. Guests must purchase their consumables if they run out. Towels are not exchanged; if you need additional towels, please purchase them yourself. Excessive use of electricity may cause the breaker to trip; please help us conserve energy. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of electricity or water. Additional charges may apply for stays during New Year's Eve, holidays, or event seasons. The bedding provided in the room is all that is available. Please make your arrangements for warmth. Only one towel per person is provided, regardless of the length of stay. We cannot guarantee the comfort of the beds. If bed comfort is a priority, please consider other accommodations. Smoking is prohibited inside the room. Cooking utensils are not provided. Please remove your shoes at the entrance. Please keep the room clean. Wash dishes immediately after use. Turn off the air conditioning and lights when going out. Parties in the room are prohibited. Please be as quiet as possible in the building and its surroundings after 8 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. Cleaning may not be completed by 4 PM check-in during busy periods such as same-day bookings, weekends, holidays, New Year's, Christmas, and long weekends. Your understanding is appreciated. Pets are not allowed. Bedding is not exchanged during your stay. Bedding will be provided according to the number of guests, with one set of sheets per bed. Toothbrushes are not provided. A frying pan is provided, but no pots. If needed, please prepare them yourself. Toilet paper is provided one roll per stay, regardless of the length of stay. Additional amenities not listed on the property page (such as seasonings) are not provided. No knives or cutting boards are provided. Cooking equipment is limited to a frying pan. Only chopsticks, spoons, cups, and small plates are available. Other types of dishware are not provided. If needed, please prepare them yourself. If the kitchen is a priority for you, please consider other accommodations. Please be quiet in shared areas such as the entrance, elevator, and in front of the room. Responses after 5 PM may be delayed until the next morning. The fixed Wi-Fi may experience slow speeds. Minors staying alone are not permitted. The use of the mailbox is not allowed. Please refrain from using postal services. We cannot take responsibility for postal items. If you cannot understand the above conditions, we recommend considering other accommodations.
