Mud Dad-jug Magic

There are four bedrooms available: a Queen bed room with ensuite, two King bed rooms and a bedroom with two single beds. There is a barbecue and pizza oven on the back verandah that guests are able to use, and two 6-seater tables: one on the deck with a market umbrella; the other under a beautiful shady tree to the side of the deck. Both with sweeping views of Mt Abrupt and beyond. There is also a fire pit available for guest use and a brand new spa. The space All bedrooms are carpeted and offer views of either the property’s front or back yard. All are comfortably furnished. Three with built-in robes. Portable fans and heaters are available. There are two living areas: one is connected to the kitchen, and both have access to the dining room. Both living areas have a wood fireplace. The main bathroom has a shower, vanity and bath. There is a separate toilet and laundry. The ensuite has a toilet, vanity and shower. Guest access 2km from the centre of Dunkeld. An easy walk or bike ride into town, via the Dunkeld Arboretum. There is ample parking onsite, including a carport for two vehicles. Other things to note There are board games, books and outdoor activities provided for guests to enjoy. I have also provided a port-a-cot, high chair, baby bath and children’s toys/books/DVDs.
