Modern Normandy House 7 Bedrooms sleeps 14

The house is a modern, bright, newly renovated home set in private grounds of 5000 m2, surrounded by fields. You will be renting the entire house and garden. *Please read the section 'Other details to note'* You are located 50mins from Mt St Michel, within Le Parc Naturel Normandie Maine, 10 mins from historic towns of Mortain and Domfront, 500 m from Velo Vert (V40 Paris to Mt St Michel walking/biking path), on the "Route de Poiré". The space The kitchen/diner/lounge has a table and chairs large enough for all to eat together and comfortable seating for all. There is French TV available and a wood burning stove (wood available free of charge for the months of October to April inclusive). Outside you have your own private garden and there is a patio and BBQ area with seating and tables for 14 to eat together. There are 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have high speed fibre optic internet connection with 500 Mb/s up & 500 Mb/s down speed. Guest access Guest have access to the whole property. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access. Guests must climb stairs to enter the property. Other things to note Please note, there is no disabled access to the inside of the property. Guests must climb a flight of 6 steps to enter the house. Bed Linen is included in the cost for a 2 night reservation made before 1st February 2026. Reservations made from 1st February 2026 onwards, the cost of bed linen will be 5 Euros per person (€10 Double bed, €5 single bed). There is a cost of €5 per person for towels on all reservations. You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels for any reservation
