Relax in the middle of nature, between Veluwe and Achterhoek, close to the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer. A sustainably renovated former hay barn with all the luxury you need to get away from it all! Situated on a small estate with vineyard. Plenty of cycling and hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Wake up in the morning with the whistling birds, the sheep look curiously through the fence. At night you hear nothing but the tawny owl. Relax by the pool. The space We have used only natural materials. Loam, wood and natural stone provide a very pleasant indoor climate. The house has on the ground floor a cozy living room with kitchen (stove with 4 induction burners, combi oven, dishwasher), a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. On the first floor, you will find another spacious bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. Guest access There are several terraces at the house, but we also open our entire property to guests. Plop down on the lounge sofa by the pool, drink your wine on the seat in the vineyard or grab a deck chair and find a lovely spot under the trees. If you are interested in making wine, Peter will be happy to tell you about it. Other things to note Tourist tax is not included and can be paid on site. Fees 2025 are €2.50 p.p.p.n. We can provide a well-stocked breakfast basket for €16.50 p.p. from our (external) breakfast service (minimum 2 people).
