Nearest pay parking is within the building premises of Venice Luxury Residences, Bellini Tower ( facing Bellini, parking entrance is on the left)- 50pesos first 3hrs, 20pesos every succeeding hr. Overnight parking is also available at 150pesos from 12mn-12nn Other pay parking options: Venice Grand Canal Mall parking (overnight parking is 170pesos from 9pm-10am) Open parking along Florence Way, beside Watsons Street parking along Florence Way Other things to note Check-in time 2:00 PM Check-out time 11 AM We kindly ask guests to adhere strictly to our check-in and check-out time to ensure smooth transitions and preparation for incoming guests. ** Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Additional fees will apply. Again, it will depend on the availability of the unit. ** Rebooking/ changing of reserved dates is STRICTLY not allowed a week before your reservation. Pls understand that we did not entertain other guests to make way for your booking. **Cooking is NOT allowed. (rice cooker and microwave oven may be used). There's a variety of fast food and restaurants to choose from in Venice Mall and within the vicinity of McKinley. Food delivery is also an option. Cooking will be allowed for longer stay only (3 days or more)-LIGHT cooking only to prevent smoke and food odor. Please be mindful for the next guest. Each unit is equipped with smoke alarm. Please be reminded that the following are strictly prohibited: (with corresponding building penalty charges) 1. Smoking and littering inside the building premises. 2. Hanging of clothes or any fabric on the balcony railings. (clothes rack is provided) 3. Excessive noise and partying. Please limit your noise as courtesy to other guests and tenants. Bear in mind that this is a residential space. 4. Cooking is not allowed for short stay. Excessive smoke may trigger the smoke alarm installed inside the unit. 5. Lost key penalty- Php 1500 Lost access card- Php 1500 Other things to note: -No smoking/vaping inside the unit -No illegal substance allowed -No pets allowed -No parties -Declaration of all guests is mandatory. Please be truthful with your declaration, entry will be denied for undeclared guests -Drinking water is not provided -Please do the dishes -Be eco-friendly and save energy. Please turn off the lights, aircon and other appliances everytime you leave the unit. -Since we do not charge guests of cleaning fee, kindly maintain the cleanliness of the unit.
