Suitable for a maximum of 3 adults and 2 children or other combinations. Enjoy the sun trap on the patio, surrounded by trees and nature. Pool may not be heated during cold weather. Spa available year round. The space This is a large french colonial style house on 1.8 acres in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owners live on the upper floor. Lower floor is dedicated to the guests. Downtown Sugar Hill is a 10 minute walk, Lake Lanier is a 10 min drive. Small Print Pool area is fenced in, and bordered on three sides by wooded private yard of 1.8 acres. It is unusual but possible for small wildlife to enter the pool area: frogs, tortoises, garden snakes, rabbits. Sometimes they fall into the pool. It is also possible they will creep into the house if doors are left open. Any encroachment by wildlife will be addressed in short order by the owner. Guest access Guests have private and exclusive access to the lower floor, and pool area. There is a private side entrance with coded keypad lock. Bedrooms also have coded keypads. Other things to note If you're looking for an active experience, the host can advise on some options: trail cycling, mountain biking, sailing, lake swimming, hiking and parks that are worth a visit.
