Guest House is a fully private space on a shared gated property. NOTE: We, the owners of the property, live in the Main House full time. If you have questions/need recommendations, we are available! Shared spaces on property: Pool, front yard, back walk way Local suburb, with bus and taxi access into town and plenty of parking if you choose to drive. 45 minutes from Boquete, 1 hour from Boca Chica and 2 hours and 1 hour boat ride to Bocas Del Toro, this location is a day-tripper's dream! The space Guest House is a fully private space on a shared, gated property. You will have your own entrance, full kitchen with new appliances (new fridge and gas top cooker), king size bed, 55" TV with Netflix, air conditioning & wardrobe. Bathroom has been recently renovated. Your own dedicated gas line provides instant hot water and an easy cooking experience. High speed internet with a dedicated work space makes Guest House ideal for digital nomads & longer term stays while you explore the beauty of Panama or if you are still searching for a place to call home here. A separate twin bed is available upon request for a third guest. Please let us know in advance for us to setup the additional bed. Guest access You will have access to common areas that are shared with 2 other houses on the property: the pool, front yard, driveway and back walk way. These areas are free to use while you stay and have video surveillance for your safety and ours. Other things to note Please note, we the owners, live on the property in the Main House. And because we live here, we never charge a cleaning fee! We can answer questions and give recommendations. We speak English, Spanish, French and Polish.
