This modern 1,000 sq ft garden level apartment features a bright, open-concept layout, a California King, a workspace with monitor, a private entrance, filtered water, an in unit washer/dryer, an outdoor patio, easy on-street parking, and a waterfall shower. Located minutes from the Boulder hiking trails, the University of Colorado Boulder, and 3 miles from Pearl Street Mall. The space The studio is 1000 square feet and is located in the lower level of a single family home in South Boulder. It has an open floor concept, and is a great space for up to 2 people. It is a fully equipped studio, with all the amenities one needs for short or longer stays. Great for working, with a dedicated workspace. The thermostat is currently located in the upstairs of the home (guests do not have access to this space), and the temperature in the studio is regulated through the vents, windows, space heaters, and asking the host to adjust the temperature. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the garden level studio via a separate entrance and keyless Smartlock. Other things to note Please note that my partner and I occupy the top portion of the home and live here full time so noise is audible between the downstairs and upstairs. If you are bothered by daytime living noise above you, this space might not be the right fit for you. General quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
