Next to it is a modern bathroom with WC, functional and well-designed. The living area, flooded with light thanks to high ceilings, offers a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the unobstructed sea view from the charming balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitif. Upstairs, the mezzanine bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, providing an intimate and comfortable space for restful nights. Please note: the apartment has air conditioning, Internet, and a parking space in the residents’ lot. This studio combines functionality, brightness, and stunning sea views, ideal for a couple’s getaway or to enjoy Port Grimaud in a cozy and welcoming setting. NEW: Bed linen and towels are included in all our rentals, provided the booking is finalized and paid in full at least 7 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, bed linen and towels will not be provided. PLEASE LET US KNOW THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED SO WE CAN PREPARE THE LINEN ACCORDINGLY Additional Information: Linen is delivered as packs corresponding to the number of guests declared at booking.
