The Old Workshop - Grassington

This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. The entire place is yours and is self-catering The space All on one level, with underfloor heading, two bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a dining area, kitchen, utility room and living area. This is a beautiful space. One bathroom is accessible and we have done our best to ensure accessibility for wheelchairs. We love our dog and wanted to make a space for four legged friends too. There is a warm dog shower on the outside of the house to clean off your dog or wash them if they have rolled in something horrid. The garden is accessible and as such does not have a gate on it so is not enclosed or secure. Dogs are very welcome and there are plenty of places nearby you can take them on a lead. There is an EV charger which guests are welcome to use for an additional cost. Please discuss this with us before using it. Please no dogs on beds or the sofa. Guest access The property is self contained, has two parking spaces, a large patio and a garden. We are an accessible property and that is our priority. As such, the garden is not secure as gates would be a barrier for wheelchair access. Dogs are most welcome at the property, but please note the garden is not secure. There is a wall on one side of the garden, a fence at the end of the garden and trees at the other side. Other things to note Breakfast can be requested from the B&B down the drive for an additional cost subject to availability. We need advance notice of this in order to have the correct ingredients. EV charging is available at an additional cost. Please discuss this before use.
