It is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Hammondsport Village Square with lots of shops, dining, park area, drug store, grocery store, and liquor store. It is also 4 blocks from Keuka Lake swimming area. Guest access The guests have the entire unit to themselves. The other 1/2 of the house is rented, and the tenant has no access to their side of the home. The guest enters in the door facing Pulteney St with a key pad. Other things to note The door you will enter in is on the Pulteney Street side of the home near the ample parking area.
