The Palmy Pad is an ideal family friendly holiday home in the perfect Palm Beach location! Steps away from the beautiful Palm Beach & centrally located between super child friendly Tallebudgera & Currumbin Creeks, gives your family so many choices of places to play! The space This five bedroom family friendly home offers a King, Queen, Double and two Single beds. Fully functional kitchen featuring gas burners/oven, dishwasher, microwave, two fridge/freezers and BBQ are ready to make cooking meals on holiday a breeze. Laundry with washer & dryer is available to ensure you don't have to go home to mountains of washing. Bathrooms with showers are located one upstairs & another down. A/C is available on the upper level living space. We find this sufficient for cooling the entire top level. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. We have several bikes available to cruise around the ocean front paths, as well as essential beach gear like towels & shade tent, so you can lighten your packing load. We also have a range of surf boards & a SUP for our adventurous guests use. The property is fully fenced with a remote controlled front gate & on site parking for two large cars. High chair & travel cot can be provided for our little guests upon request. Guest access Contactless arrival/departure. A key-box is located on the front fence. Code will be provided prior to stay. Other things to note A Welcome Book will greet you upon arrival and of course we are available to assist with any inquiries during your stay!
