The Skipper located on High Rock Lake highlights a large beautiful deck and pier filled with cozy seating and a Blackstone for preparing meals. It offers a screened-in porch off the kitchen for early mornings and late nights. This cabin offers a galley kitchen, dining area, family room, 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. All rooms have black out curtains for necessary naps during the day. A well trained dog is welcome during your stay. The Skipper- a quiet and perfect vacation spot to relax. The space When renting "The Skipper", you will have the entire house. The house has no steps until exiting the back door to go down to the water's edge. The first bedroom has a queen with an extra long twin trundle. Bedroom 2 also has a queen with an attached bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a double/twin bunk. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, a dining area, full kitchen, and a beautiful screened-in porch all on the floor level. LOCATION of this Lexington cabin is the best. The Skipper is -45 minutes from Charlotte Airport -15 minutes from Historic downtown Lexington -15 minutes from Historic downtown Salisbury -30 minutes from Winston-Salem -45 minutes from Greensboro- -1.5 hours from Raleigh Airport There are several vineyards close by including Childress Vineyards which is 12 miles away. Dan Nicholas Park which has a carousel, small zoo, playground, nature center, and a small train is 25 minutes away. Guest access Guests will enjoy the whole house. The pier can accommodate boats and has good water depth and really good fishing. Call Terry information regarding putting you boat in the water. Other things to note "Captain's Quarters" is located beside "The Skipper". Renting both will sleep 20-22. Terry is host to both houses.
