Manchester airport is 13 miles away! Close to Labelle winery, Pickity Place, lots of restaurants, Merrimack outlets and golf courses. 2 kayaks, paddleboat and gas fire pit! The space Our lake house boasts magnificent views of the lake from all angles. Whether you’re sitting on the patio, or gazing out the unique window in the seating area upstairs, you can enjoy the sunrise and the moonrise! There’s plenty of space to relax and relish lake life. Plus you can enjoy this throughout all the seasons! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, patio and dock. Washer/dryer in cellar. Parking for maximum of 4 cars. Other things to note There are no public boat ramps on Baboosic Lake, so you are unable to bring a motorized boat. However, we have 2 Kayaks and a paddle boat that are available for your use at your own risk.
