A perch in Champagne

Small house located on the main street of a charming village of Champagne. Its back garden opens directly onto the forest. Ideal for discovering the village of Orbais-l'Abbaye and the surrounding vineyards. The Champagne cellars of Epernay & Avize are about 25 minutes drive away. The space The house consists of a kitchen/dining room with a wood stove, a living room, a bathroom, separate toilets, and two bedrooms upstairs (one overlooking the forest, with two single beds of 90 cm; the other overlooking the abbey with a double bed of 150 cm). The small garden is located behind the house, passing through the cellar. The house was renovated in early 2023 (electricity, heating, faucets). We also wanted to preserve the patina of time and the authenticity of the place. Guest access Guests have access to the house and small garden on the edge of the forest.
