The best stay in Phnom Penh

You're lucky to have found one of the best places to stay in Cambodia. An extremely spacious, uniquely stylish place that mixes traditional decor with modern architecture. The building is extremely private & exclusive, and will feel like a VIP with your own rooftop jacuzzi-pool & bar with stunning views. Yet the location is steps away from great restaurants & bars. The space Your space takes up an entire floor with high ceilings and large windows, giving it stunning views from every area. Unlike unlike other listings in PP, this one is better than the photos, and was meticulously planned by leading designers incorporating contemporary Cambodian design elements. The building is famous for beautiful greenery and plants from the entrance to the rooftop. Each room has concrete finishings and wooden furniture/fixtures that were custom made & installed by a local carpenter. The flooring especially feels great to walk on barefoot. The bedroom has 44-inch 4K Ultra-HDTV, desk, comfortable bed, massive window-seat, and large closet that will have plenty of space cleared for you. The living room has a 50-inch HDTV and sofa that can also convert into a bed. The bathroom has both a rain shower as well as an adjustable hand-held shower head/wand, with very high pressure and very hot water. We've continued to add high-end appliances and decorations since many of the photos were taken. Guest access You'll have access to everything you could ever want for a perfect stay. The kitchen has plenty of pans, pots, dishes, utensils, and glassware—as well as high end appliances you won't usually find in Cambodia. A large quiet fridge, dual convection oven/air-fryer, a dual induction burner stove range, high power inverter microwave oven, programmable drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle. The building water has been filtered and the kitchen tap further includes a Japanese six-stage reverse-osmosis water purifier—but we will start you off with bottled mineral water anyway. We are also happy to purchase groceries or procure items for you in advance of your stay. You'll have anytime access to the rooftop with its jacuzzi jet bio-pool (and you'll almost always have it to yourself!) If you're riding a motorcycle, we can also provide you with a remote to use the private basement garage. Other things to note **Please note there are construction projects nearby (and basically everywhere in PP these days!) and potential for noise during their working hours. Also note this is on the third floor but the ceilings are quite high. So if stairs are very difficult for you or if you're extremely sensitive to noise even during the daytime, this may not be a good fit!
