Just 2 minutes from the nearest tram or bus stop and only a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Tucked just off Leith Walk, you're surrounded by local restaurants, pubs, parks, and cycle paths – ideal for soaking up the creative energy of Leith and the nearby Shore. The space The flat features: A comfortable double bedroom with a dedicated workspace A second room with a king-sized foldout bed for extra guests (sleeps up to 4 total) A fully equipped kitchen and light-filled living area Perfect for couples, friends, or small groups staying over the summer. Guest access It's the full flat, there is a shared stairwell and entrance area with 3 other friendly neighbours. Other things to note This is my home and it does have it's quirks –but that's what is loved about it! I have set it up as best as I can for guests to enjoy there stay.
