Sweeping views of the Portola Valley and and Oakland across the Bay. Two bedrooms (one w/ TV) with king beds, two custom trundle beds in upstairs foyer (one king, one double). Full bath upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs but with outdoor shower attached. Comfortable living space downstairs w/ 65" TV, pool / ping pong table / Sonos. Outdoor dining and indoor / outdoor full kitchen (w/ TV and all necessary equipment / accessories / flatware etc). Access to property pool, hot tub, sport court, bocce court, gym, infrared sauna and lawn for play (Important note: pool / hot tub is not fenced in or covered and therefore please proceed at own risk wrt children. Children need be be potty trained to use pool.).. Have own entrance and parking for guesthouse only separate from the Main house entrance. Full AC/heating. Fantastic hiking / mountain biking (we can provide 3-4 bikes) in Arastradero Preserve directly out our back gate. Fantastic redwood forest hiking 4 miles away). If more adventuresome - one of the best mountain biking areas in the Bay Area (can do 1/2 - full day rides across Skyline doen to Half Moon Bay, etc) A great thing about the location is access to dining / food amenities. You can walk to the awesome Alpine Inn (one of the best indoor / outdoor eateries on the Peninsula) as well as Mexican, Japanese and American fare in Ladera (1.5mi.). Two great grocery stores / delis in Roberts Market and Bianchini's (ea. 1.5 mi). Guest access All of above Other things to note 2 mini Australian labradoodles (20 and 40 lbs) live in the main house and can roam the property. Any pets of guest must be pre-approved by owner (preferably friendly, well trained dogs < 30 lbs.)
