Kings Dominion and the Va State Fairgrounds are just a few miles north. Richmond, Carytown, VCU and Scotts Addition are within 25 minutes. One hour east of Charlottesville, 1 hour west of Williamsburg, and 2 hours to Va Beach. Easily hop on the train that stops in Ashland for a day trip to DC. The space Lounge on the comfy sofa and stream your favorite shows. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a TV and an alarm clock/noise machine. The office is equipped with wifi and printer for easy remote working. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the back yard. Kitchen is well outfitted should you want to stay in and cook. PETS: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please include breed, age, and weight when booking. Multiple dogs and large dogs require prior approval. Undisclosed pets may result in cancellation of the reservation. Guest access The backyard is a shared area. You are welcome to use the picnic table and relax in the Adirondack chairs. Other things to note This home is a duplex, and you will have the upstairs to yourself. This duplex is on the main road. There is potential for noise from the street and other tenants. Private entrance located at rear of home. There is parking for two cars in the paved driveway.
