Hillside Haven w/ Outdoor Tubs + Vintage Library

A historic retro designed Craftsman Cottage built in 1922, stands on the edge of a densely wooded river valley above the Little Gunpowder Falls River and NCR Trail. Parking is limited - but perhaps that's the point. Unwind in our side-by-side outdoor soaking tubs or cozy reading nook, and fall asleep to the sound of the river below. The space The cottage features authentic Mid-Century Modern furnishings and decor. There is a sunny dedicated work space, equipped with a dark-toned desk. In the kitchen you’ll find new Samsung smart appliances, and coffee lovers will be thrilled with the stocked espresso bar. The first bedroom is draped in black - with exposed beams and high ceilings- and a full bed. The master bedroom also features a full bed, tucked under a pair of large windows to let in the natural light. Here you will find a cozy book nook, perfect for curling up with any one of the 150 vintage books. Guest access The entire 1400 sq ft home is yours to explore and use, with the exception of the basement. This should be used only for emergency utility access. Other things to note A fire ring is available on the property. Firewood is not provided, but please feel free to stop by one of the many road-side stands nearby. We ask that you please refrain from using the wood stove for safety reasons.
