We offer one of the building's best views of the beach and pools, with the unparalleled convenience of having private and direct access to the beach. Ideal for families or friends (up to 6 guests), this space is designed for remote work and rest, just 17 km from the Walled City (18 minutes by car). The space The apartment is in a building approved by statutes for tourist housing, located in a tourist area on the beachfront. (Sleeps 6): Rooms: 1 with King Size Bed and 2 single trundle beds; 1 with 2 single beds and 1 trundle bed. (Both with private bathroom and Smart TV). Amenities: Double sofa bed, kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, water heater, washer/dryer, digital lock, high-quality internet and desks. Shower and beach towels. Initial Provision: Hand soap, toilet paper, trash bag, sponge and dish soap (replacement at the guest's expense). Guest access The building offers a large pool area, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym, and children's playground, with 24/7 security and private covered parking. Common areas must be booked with the QR code that will be provided. For chairs, umbrellas, tents in Playa Murallas, the reservation is managed by the "My SDM community" App. Other things to note To authorize entry, send the complete guest list (Name, Document, etc.) 2 days in advance, otherwise they will not be able to enter the building. They will be provided with a wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building during their stay. No changes or additional visitors are allowed. Social area hours are from 9 am to 7 pm.
