This TINY gives you access to a private canyon, 7 hikes, ATV trails, biking, waterfalls, a ghost town, and a ghost copper mill all from your front door. Eggs and fruit from the farm are complementary when available. The space The tiny home is not large! 10x15 feet with 2 small lofts accessed by the same ladder. This 1-bath home is only a year old. It is pet-friendly and includes a toilet and endless hot water shower. There is a king bed in one loft and a twin matrice in the other. The lofts are accessed by a ladder and don't offer much ceiling height, but there's a full futon, mini-kitchen, and bathroom on the main floor. Guest access There are two other rental properties on the grounds and all guests share access to multiple fire pits, hikes, complimentary mountain bikes, and endless nature. In one direction, there is not a private parcel for nearly 25 miles. Other things to note There are two leash-free rambunctious dogs on the property that love to play. Guests are welcome to bring their pets at their discretion and responsibility. The dogs have been trained to take guests on all the local hikes. Magic is in charge of guest relations and Boulder is head of security.
