Welcome to our cozy house in Ljunghusen, with plenty of room for socializing! The house is 130 sqm on one floor with a fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. There are sleeping places for up to 6 people (4 bedrooms). Private garden of 2600 sqm, with patio under roof (Swedish weather can be unpredictable). Come and relax with short distances to most things: beach, golf club, ICA store, restaurants and bus communication. Space for two cars. TV with Apple TV. Wi-Fi included. The space The accommodation is nicely decorated and is equipped with everything imaginable for a cozy stay. Here you have close to most things. Please bring your own towels and bed linens (sheets and duvet covers). As a guest, you are responsible for cleaning on departure. Guest access You have access to the entire 2,600 sqm plot, with a 130 sqm house. Other things to note We kindly ask you to bring your own towels and bedding (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases), as this is not included in the accommodation. As a guest, you are also responsible for cleaning up after yourself before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available in the accommodation and we appreciate it being left in the same condition as upon arrival, so that the next guest also has a pleasant stay.
