Garden cabin retreat in the redwoods

Enjoy a quiet, personal retreat or restful getaway with friends or family in our cozy garden cabin in the coastal redwoods! A part of Spirit Camp Retreat Center, this is the perfect place to slow down and connect with the spirit of the outdoors. **This space is not a good fit party vibes. The space During your stay, you'll have private access to Raven Roost cabin. You’ll also have shared access to our communal spaces: the 1500 sq ft Lodge for dining, reading, games, or socializing with other guests; the industrial kitchen for cooking and storing groceries; our light-filled 500 sq ft Sanctuary for introspective healing work such as meditation, reading or journaling; communal bathrooms with 2 private hot showers; and the Magic Meadow for outdoor dining and campfires. All cabins are kept warm with space heaters and cozy linens. The Lodge is kept warm with a wood burning stove during winter months, which we can help you start and show you how to use. To make your time here extra special, sound meditation and breathwork healing sessions can be offered for you by the hosts, Julian & Nathaniel. As trained facilitators in the healing arts, they love to share these practices with all guests. This offering is optional and at an additional cost. Please inquire in advanced for more details, rates, and availability before you arrive. If booking for more than 4 guests, there is an extra cost of $50/additional person/night. Guest access You'll have private access to Raven Roost cabin only. You'll have shared access to all communal spaces including the Lodge, kitchen, bathrooms, Sanctuary, fire pits, meadows, gardens, and hiking trails. Please do not wander into the private residence area to the SW of the water tower or into the neighboring property to the West. Private spaces are only permitted to full-time residents include the caretaker’s home, tool and material sheds, horse barn, and lumber storage area, which are all located on the SW corner of camp near the Sanctuary. Other things to note To create a peaceful, sacred atmosphere where authentic and playful connection can emerge amongst campers, we ask all guests to honor and observe the following during their visit: 1. We are a substance-free space. Please leave at home all recreational, medicinal, and ceremonial drugs or alcohol. 2. Our kitchen is a vegetarian facility. The cooking of any animal products on the land is not permitted, which includes meat and fish. Dairy and eggs are okay. 3. The property is a non-smoking space. Smoking is not permitted in or around any of our buildings or trees. For tobacco use, please use the designated tobacco smoking area located in the parking lot. 4. We are a fragrance-free facility. We ask that you not wear colognes or perfumes during your stay due to allergy sensitivities. We may use our own all natural, high quality incense or essential oil sprays during healing work. 5. Please participate in keeping the communal spaces clean and organized, especially the kitchen with dishes after each meal. Please treat our land and spaces like they are a home you love.
