It also is within walking distance to many great international restaurants and shopping areas. Close to many activities and nightlife The space The unit was finely renovated: modern with a touch of luxury, brand-new furniture; comfortable queen size bed and a nice side chair. Also the unit has a desk to work or use your laptop. It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful bathroom with heated water shower, 58" LCD Smart TV 4K, free Wi-Fi. In Puerto Rico, power outages are common, especially during hurricane season. That’s why we invested in a backup battery for the apartment. It turns on automatically and keeps essentials running—lights, AC, fridge, WiFi. During an outage, we ask guests to use the battery responsibly—like avoiding hot water and turning off the AC when leaving. The battery is limited, but it’s a big plus during unexpected outages. The building has a 24/7 security guard, private pool, and laundromat room located on the basement floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. For your convenience, we have provided two beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, and a small cooler. The minimum age to be able to book the apartment is 21. Other things to note Important: Every third Thursday of the month, the condominium cuts off the water service, so that contractors make repairs to the apartments. The hours of this service cut on that day are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. We recommend making adjustments and plans for that day. Decorations: Birthday or celebration decorations are not allowed to be placed or attached to the following areas: • The decorative walls behind the bed • The black Venetian plaster walls • The gypsum board ceilings or fascias These surfaces are delicate and can be easily damaged. Any damage caused when removing decorations will result in a repair charge for the wall or ceiling. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. For your knowledge, you are visiting a tropical island where you could find different insects such as mosquitoes, ants and cockroaches. We maintain pest control in the unit but to prevent them from entering the apartment we suggest you avoid leaving the doors open and remove all food waste from the kitchen counter and areas. Keep the garbage in the kitchen bin or you can deposit it in the room designated by the building that is in front of the elevator. The host/owner reserves the right to assess the condition of the property upon your departure. If it is found that you (the guest) have left the apartment in an excessively disorderly manner, with untidiness, significant dirtiness, stained surfaces, and garbage left throughout, an additional cleaning fee of $80.00 will be charged. At the vehicular gate entrance, there is a mechanical arm. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the gate, mechanical arm, or any other facility within the building, and will be required to cover the full cost of repair or replacement.
