Sun-lit spacious penthouse overlooking the Park

Our spacious one-bedroom penthouse, and large sweeping balcony, has views directly on to Finsbury park from one side and overlooking London from the other. Our terrace bar area means you can enjoy a meal taking in the view. We're plant lovers so have built a serene and modern interoir, and with no adjoining walls we never worry about noisy neighbours. The entire building is under one year old, so utiliities and decor are modern and in great condition. The space In the summer months there are regular music festivals in Finsbury Park. This can be a great way of catching a free gig, or a nuisance if you want peace and quiet. Please be sure to check the Finsbury Park event guide before booking in July or August. Guest access You'll have access to the entire flat including our wrap around balcony. There is also access to the large communal balcony (not shown in the photos)
