A room for you at my place

Take a break 10 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, in peace, in my little house with garden. Parking is free and if you come with a small motorcycle, it can be sheltered in my garage. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. We will share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The space Your room is on the 1st floor and includes a desk. The bathroom is across from it. My room is also upstairs. Kitchen/toilet are on the ground floor. Guest access Since we will share my living space, you will have access to the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, garden. I reserve the sitting area. During your stay We will share the space since the proposed room is in my house. I will adapt to your desire to chat or enjoy peace and quiet. We will probably meet in the morning or during a few meals, but to preserve everyone's bubble, I keep the "living room" space to myself. In short, we won't be watching a movie together on my couch ;). This is my only little wish, to make it comfortable for everyone and enjoyable. I'll give you my WIFI code that will allow you to geek out as much as you like or work or watch your favorite series. Other things to note All linens are provided. Meals and breakfasts are not provided. My presence is included :) Please bring your towel, shower gel and toiletries. If exceptionally, for practical reasons, you need me to provide the towel, expect a supplement of 5 euros. Please let me know when you book.
