Cozy private apartment that was the wine cellar of a renovated 15th century Masia. New kitchen, separate living room, dining area, bathroom showing the original walls of the structure. In a fabulous private grounds (30 acres), with a natural pool (with view of the Mediterranean sea), own lake, vineyards, forest, with two donkeys and eight sheep. Idyllic. Grounds shared with just 3 other apartments. The space Converted wine cellar of the 15th century renovated masia Can Bernadas, this flat stays naturally cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Guest access Guests have a terrace in the shared original courtyard, an invited to use the facilities of the 30-acre property. We have a beautiful shared pool on top of the hill with views of the Med and landscape (one of 3 pools so far) with all natural water. There are walking paths, a lake, a valley area with friendly donkeys and sheep to chat with. There is also a big covered greenhouse with bathrooms, barbecue, sound, seating - perfect for a summer evening and with our Solostove (super cool !) brilliant place to hang out in the winter as well. Other things to note Quick reminder: All Airbnb/hotels in Catalonia are obliged to collect tourist tax directly on their behalf. The tourist tax is a nominal € 1.10per person, per night.
