Just My Smile

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. It is a nice updated 3 bedroom home. The space Just My Smile is newly updated. On the main floor there is a living room, dining room, full bathroom, small bedroom and master bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed with a tv, the small first floor bedroom has a full size bed and a 32inch Smart TV, and the upstairs space has its own couch, full size bed, tv, and large half bath. There is not a door for privacy to the upstairs space. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor. The galley kitchen is updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stocked with amenities to cook and eat at the house. There is a nice front porch for relaxing and seating for 6. A new small deck off the kitchen with a gas grill for summer cookouts. The house is located 4 miles from downtown Johnstown where you will find the 1st Summit Arena (war memorial) and the Point Stadium. You are 7 miles to Richland, 4 miles to Westmont and Sunnehanna Country Club. and 12 miles to Ebensburg. There is plenty of off street parking. Guests must be 28 years or older. The home is not pet friendly. No smoking or parties permitted. Again, no pets, no parties, no smoking, and no overnight guests besides those approved during the reservation. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave without refund. Thank you! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. You do not have access to the basement or garage Other things to note There are 4 total steps to enter the main door of the house. Please note that our home is not child proofed. No additional overnight guests without permission. This home hosts 6 guests, however, I do have host a home next door "Chill-N-Wine" that host 4 guests. If you are traveling with family and friends and you each need your own space, you are welcome to rent both homes.
