Our 4BR/3BA executive home in Villa Park boasts comfortable accommodations, multiple entertaining spaces and quick access to Chicago area destinations. With only 20-minutes to O’Hare, 35 minutes to Midway, 25 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to Oak Brook, you can enjoy world-class shopping, dining, museums, concerts, sporting events and local attractions in one of the “Best Places to Live in America”. The space Our executive retreat is a 4BR/3BA two story home with three patios and a deck. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, his and hers closets and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 feature a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet, bedside table, dresser and black out drapes. The formal living room contains luxurious seating for 8 and television. The formal dining room accommodates seating for 8. Our fully stocked hickory kitchen contains a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and food processor – as well as seating for 6. The rustic family room contains casual seating for 7, a wood fireplace and television. The 2nd floor hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo and vanity with double sinks. The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in rainshower that will wash all your cares away. The basement features a pingpong table and laundry room. For your safety and convenience, the 2-car garage is available for your use. We have a respectful relationship with our surrounding neighbors and ask that you please keep noise down after 9 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends, thank you! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, 2-car garage and private back yard.
