Enjoy and live a unique experience staying in a small oasis in the historic center of Sanlúcar. The house is very special, a unique space with lots of light, pool, garden and garage. The building is an old winery rehabilitated and converted into two houses in 2017. In the heart of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a few meters from the popular Plaza del Cabildo and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The space In the historic center, in the heart of Sanlúcar, the house is surrounded by all the tourist attractions, tapas bars, food markets, monuments and the good atmosphere of the local people. The house is in a wonderful old 18th century building, which was a family winery. It was rehabilitated in 2017, combining the traditional appearance of the construction with a modern and minimalist architectural style, to turn it into two unique houses: one house per floor. Our house occupies the ground floor, it is a loft type, with a modern design and very open spaces. It is a cool house, perfect for summer, as well as being conditioned by both air conditioning and heating. It has capacity for 4 people. It has two double bedrooms: 1.- Master bedroom: with a double bed and a mini studio-type mezzanine with a single sofa bed that is accessed by stairs,as on boats. A large window opens the bedroom to the landscaped patio. 2.- Second bedroom: It is located on the second floor, it has two single beds and is accessed from the living room by going up some stairs. This mezzanine bedroom is open to the living room The house has a bathroom with shower and another toilet outside. The living room is spacious, cozy, with very high ceilings and the integrated kitchen with a separating peninsula. The kitchen is very well equipped. From the living room, through large windows, there is access to the garden patio, where the pool and a large dining table are located. The outdoor patio and pool are for private use only for our guests, although it is the access point for both houses. The laundry area is located in the community area. The access stairs to the neighboring house leave from our patio. The neighbor on the first floor has a small dog, well behaved, does not bark and always goes in and out of the house on a leash accompanied by his owner. The pool is self-cleaning, but there will be times when we will have to go into the outdoor areas to attend to and water the plants and take care of the pool. Guest access The outdoor patio and pool are for private use only for our guests, although it is the access point for both houses. The laundry area is located in the community area. The access stairs to the neighboring house leave from our patio. Other things to note The neighbor on the first floor has a small dog, well behaved, does not bark and always goes in and out of the house on a leash accompanied by his owner. In winter the pool is full but may not be in perfect conditions and the plants and flowers in the courtyard are not so beautiful in winter, their splendour and colour is brightened up when spring arrives. The pool is self-cleaning, but there will be times when we will have to go into the outdoor areas to attend to and water the plants and take care of the pool.
