Each bedroom features calming blue tones and coastal artwork, making them the perfect place to unwind in the evening before heading to bed. BEDROOM 1 - Located on the first floor, this bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed. with access to deck for beautiful sound views BEDROOM 2 - This bedroom features 2 twin over twin bunk beds and is great for your kids/teenagers. BEDROOM 3 - The third bedroom on the first floor boasts a king sized bed and access to the first floor deck. BEDROOM 4 - Indulge in this primary bedroom with king bed and coastal design, located on the first floor. There is also access to the first floor deck from this room as well. BEDROOM 5 - On the second floor is another luxurious primary bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom. You also have access to the second floor deck to take in the beautiful views before heading off to bed. BEDROOM 6 - There is yet another spacious bedroom with king bed located on the second floor. BEDROOM 7 - This bedroom boasts another king bed with access to the second floor deck. There is also a desk tucked into a nook for any work you may need to attend to. ROLL AWAY BED- There is also a twin roll away bed for that extra guest. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are five full bathrooms, providing plenty of space for your group to get ready for an unforgettable beach day. Each bathroom is stocked with plush towels and a hairdryer, however, don’t forget to bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner. BATHROOM 1 - Located on the first floor with a walk in shower BATHROOM 2 - Located on the first floor, this bathroom has a tub/shower combo. BATHROOM 3 - This bathroom is attached to the primary bathroom and boasts a walk in shower and dual vanities. BATHROOM 4- This bathroom is located on the second floor and is attached to the primary bedroom. There is a walk in shower and dual vanities in this spa like bathroom. BATHROOM 5 - Located on the second floor, this bathroom has a walk in shower. Need to keep your towels clean? A washer and dryer is available in the home so you can keep your linens fresh. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The bright and freshly remodeled kitchen is the perfect place to host friends and family while getting creative with meals. You’ll also find several Adirondack chairs, so you can relax with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning and take in the fresh ocean air. When your group is ready to head to the beach, grab the two beach chairs and umbrella provided. When you’re returning to the house, you’ll find a private outdoor shower so you can quickly rinse the sand off before heading inside to grab a snack or a refreshing drink. There is also an outdoor bar area where you can sit and enjoy cocktails and conversation. There's also a ping pong table, foosball, and cornhole for your enjoyment with a large connect four board on the wall. Other things to note Linens: Clean and well-maintained linens are provided for your comfort and include all the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath towels you may require. Additional linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the closet. We request that you launder, fold and store the sleeper sofa linens in the closet, prior to your departure. Pool Access: The swimming pool is only available between April-October. The pool heater is available only during April, May, and October. A small additional fee of $100 is added to each reservation during these months. Hot Tubs: Guests are welcome to make use of the hot tubs throughout their stay, at no additional cost. Beach Towels: Beach towels are provided for your use. We request that guests launder, fold and store any that are used. These are not part of your cleaning fees. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well.
