Guest access Paid guests have access to the entire house, pavilion and property Other things to note This property is located in a rural country setting about 10 miles south of Sulphur Springs (short drive) and 5 miles north of Yantis (short drive). There is a locked gate with combination lock at the entrance and the perimeter of the property is bordered by barbwire fence. There are lots of walking/hiking trails and meadows to explore. Wildlife that might be seen include deer, raccoons, opossums, skunks, bobcats, wild hogs, coyotes, snakes, a variety of birds including an occasional spotting of American bald eagles (resident and migratory) and Mexican eagles. Please respect all wildlife and maintain a safe distance and be sure to bring appropriate footwear for ventures along trails. The pavilion is open but covered, free of charge for paid guests and can accommodate small events. There will be an additional fee for all special events and must be approved by the host prior to check-in. There is room for 4 trucks/vehicles with boat/trailer rigs in the pavilion parking area with easy access to charging and water. Parking for 8-12 vehicles depending on size with additional space along the private drive. Special requests, including early or late check-in/out, will be considered.
