The space This stone house has two bedrooms, and an open room, living room kitchen with its pellet stove. This house is part of an old farm with an inner courtyard. The private garden overlooking the Saône, the rest of the property is accessible, with its wood, garden, chickens, trampoline, Nordic bath. This old farm is close to the edge of Saône (100 m) The house is for 4 to 6 people, if you count the sofa in the living room, it can sleep 7 or 8 people. For the bedrooms: - one bedroom with double bed - the other large bedroom • 2 bunk beds and • two single beds or assembled into a double bed 180 x 200. Guest access Access is via a large anthracite gray gate, and a brake driveway, the cottage is located at the very end, your parking spaces are in the courtyard. Other things to note - Organic fresh eggs on site. OPTIONS - Bed linen and beds prepared for €10 per bed. - Towels €4 per person. - cleaning €40 -Our Nordic bath 6-8 people as well as its terrace can be privatized for an evening, by reservation at least one week in advance. The bath is in free management, to heat it you have to feed the submerged wood stove, count 6 degrees of heating per hour. Participation €80 for water and wood, therefore optional. - Family bikes available, €10 per bike, per stay (advance notice required).
