Apartment in a pretty mountain village

The apartment is located at the entrance to the village of PERELLI (680 m above sea level) on the MARE A MARE passage. Beautiful hikes in perspective! Nearby you will find rivers. A Sunday market takes place at the Col de l'Arcarota where you can discover local products. 35 minutes from the village of CERVIONI (you will find a supermarket, post office, doctor) and 45 minutes from PRUNETE where the beach, shops and restaurants are located. The space 3-room accommodation on the ground floor with nearby vehicle parking. A terrace with a privacy screen is available for your meals in complete tranquility. Inside, two bedrooms with double beds, each bedroom is equipped with a dressing room for storing your belongings. A shared bathroom with toilet and shower is available for your use. A living room with equipped kitchen, TV (DTT channels) and books. In the cellar, you will find a storage cabinet as well as a washing machine and microwave. Exceptional views of the valley await you from the side of the 2 bedrooms. WiFi is not available. However, the 4G network is good. Accommodation is rated 1 star by the Costa Verde Tourist Office. We do not have equipment suitable for children under 4 years of age. The accommodation is not accessible for people with limited mobility.
